Replacements / refunds
Doa / dead on arrival livestock will be replaced or refunded whichever is preferred. I will need to be notified within an hour of parcel being signed for and video sent of the spider.
If a spider arrives and you have any concerns and let me know within the hour window I’m happy to work with the customer with advice etc and any issues within 5 days I will replace / refund. I will need video again of spider and full setup. If the setup is not suitable this will automatically cancel replacement .
Dry goods / casters.
When shipped you will recieve an email to show order is fulfilled, dry goods via special delivery will take 1-2 days to arrive. If I’m not contacted within 4 days to highlight a missing parcel I cannot replace or refund.
if you have placed a dry good order which has not arrived within 4 working days of dispatch email I must be notified
we do NOT recommend first class shipping on fly casters due to it taking between 1-10 days, this method of shipping is to unreliable and we will not replace or refund 1st class orders
